Marco Rubio Bobbleheads, LLC ("we," "us," or "the site") operates marcorubiobobbleheads.com. We take your privacy seriously — arguably more seriously than Marco takes any single one of his 47 jobs. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
When you sign up for the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. That's it. We don't ask for your name, payment info, or anything else. We're not the NSA. (Marco might be running that too, but we're not.)
Our server automatically logs standard access data when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This is standard for virtually every website on the internet.
Your email address is used solely to notify you about Marco Rubio Bobblehead product updates and availability. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. Period.
Server log data is used to understand site traffic, diagnose technical issues, and improve the site.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies from the following third-party services:
Google Ads (Google LLC): We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. When you visit our site after clicking a Google ad, Google may set a cookie on your browser to track whether you completed an action (such as signing up for the waitlist). This data is used to measure ad performance and is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may cause your browser to connect to Google's servers. Google's privacy policy applies to this data.
We may run advertising campaigns on platforms including Google, Instagram, and X (Twitter) to promote this site. When you arrive at our site via one of these ads, the respective platform may collect data about your visit in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control what data these platforms collect.
Waitlist email addresses are retained until the product launches or you request removal. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention schedule (typically 1-2 months of archived logs).
You can request removal of your email from the waitlist at any time by emailing support@marcorubiobobbleheads.com. We'll remove it promptly — faster than Marco can add another job title.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly at optout.aboutads.info.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
